Shipping Policies Currently Ultimate Garden Bench ships only to the continental USA. All garden benches are shipped Fedex or UPS Ground service or in some cases, by freight truck. No shipping charges or handling fees are added to your purchase. The price you see is what you pay at checkout. A physical address must be provided for delivery. Please inspect your garden bench before signing for receipt of your order and note any damage to your shipment. This must be noted for claims of damage in shipping. Return Policies At Ultimate Garden Bench we work to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience. All products are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship. If you should receive a defective or damaged product you may return it for replacement or refund under the following guidelines: If you are not satisfied with your garden bench you may return it for a refund within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Please contact customerservice@ultimategardenbench.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Include your name, order number and a daytime phone where you can be reached. The product must be returned in the original packaging. Backorder Policies Should the garden bench you order not be in stock, we do not backorder your product. You will be informed via e-mail that the garden bench is out of stock and you will be credited the purchase amount according to your payment method. When we are notified of out of stock items, we try to note this information on our website. You may revisit until the "out of stock" notice has been removed and reorder your garden bench or make another selection.
If you should receive your delivery in damaged condition, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and make sure the driver records it. Notify customerservice@ultimategardenbench.com within 48 hours of delivery including your name, order number, daytime phone number and a photo of the damage. We will contact you via email or phone with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions for returning the garden bench. Save the packaging as the garden bench must be returned in the original packaging. If the shipping carton is in good condition but the garden bench is damaged or defective, see the Return Policy for instructions.
